Empowering Women’s Mental Health—Mind, Body, and Spirit

Welcome to Mindful Women Psychiatry!

As women, we’re often told that our mental health struggles are “just hormonal”—whether it’s anxiety during our cycle, mood swings in pregnancy, or depression during menopause. That kind of dismissal gets exhausting—and it overlooks the complexity of what we’re really experiencing.

At Mindful Women Psychiatry, I take a different approach. I truly listen to my patients and consider the full picture of their lives. Mental health isn’t one-dimensional, and neither is the care I provide. I look at the whole person—nutrition, stress levels, sleep quality, lifestyle, medical conditions, and hormones—to understand what’s really going on beneath symptoms like anxiety, depression, mood swings, insomnia, inattention, and irritability.

My goal is to help women feel seen, supported, and empowered—not brushed off. Together, we’ll work to uncover the root causes of what you're feeling and create a care plan that supports your long-term well-being.

Who I Serve

At Mindful Women Psychiatry, I specialize in caring for women ages 18 to 65 years old across the state of Georgia. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, or the challenges of perimenopause, you're not alone—and you don’t have to manage it alone.

I provide personalized care that includes both medication management, talk therapy, and coaching, with a focus on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Using an integrative psychiatry approach, I look beyond symptoms to understand the underlying causes, addressing emotional, hormonal, lifestyle, and environmental factors that may be contributing to your mental health concerns.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered on your mental health journey.

No matter where you are in life, you deserve care that sees the full picture of who you are.
